In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “Word for the Day”.
Ordure
Noun
1. Excrement; dung.
2. Something morally offensive; filth.
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

When MrT5 began flirting with his own demise and would not listen to anyone who made sense, a psychotherapist of our acquaintance suggested as “shock therapy” that I should begin to ask what arrangements he wanted, etc. It had little effect on MrT5, who was a risk taker, bigtime-but might it not work for you?

The therapist told me it worked on at least half of his clients-I sat down with MrT5, had a notebook and a pen, my missal for reference, and was very matter of fact. At the least, I figured he’d be so offended he’d want to stick around to piss me off.

Early? It’s kind of late here. We haven’t even had the furnace on all month long.
That all changed overnight. Now we will have highs in the 50s over the weekend and only in the 40s mid week.
