There was a fight, it was called the government shutdown circa 2013. Obama won and not the GOPe has signaled that they are ready to work with him to secure immigration reform.
You missed the fight...it’s over and we lost.

    Buh bye GOP.

They may not care. They may allow the Dems to register enough illegals to outvote us eternally, as long as a few Bob Michel Pubbies get cut in on the deals. Their only defense against a Tea Party becoming dominant actually.

The GOP wants all the perks with none of the responsibility.

The extensions only go to January and February. You can roll over if you want. I see that there is more fighting to do.

    Power dry, folks.
We’re full stall, spin to follow shortly.
There will be a crash.
Remember to keep track of ALL liberal politicians.
After our recovery, we’ll want some justice.
Very quick justice.

Next stop on the GOP's Surrender Tour.
What a total letdown that party is. Disgusting balless cowards.

After Immigration? Why, it’s guns, guns, guns once again.

How is telling the truth ‘rolling over’? Immigration reform is coming at us like a freight train and Obama has a little wind in his sails. Is it enough to make it law? Not sure but I don’t like our position as much as I did a few weeks ago....

And Immigration ‘reform’ will be just as good for the USA as health care ‘reform’ is in Obamacare

The Obamacare/debt ceiling are starting to hurt democrats so on to the next crisis.
If the democrats had a set between them they would dig their heels in and refuse to let this crisis go and let the democrats ride it into the ground.

.... It is absolutely pitiful to watch the extremely dysfunctional GOP use the same old repetitive habitual strategy of putting all of their collective eggs in one strategic basket ..... then require
"Absolute Unity" in order for that one single, winner takes all, strategy to win.
.... Unfortunately we in the real world know all to well that unity is the Republican Party's weakest trait ....... and leaves them with the unfortunate and unenviable task of habitually losing and picking up shattered pieces and move on to the next losing battle.
