I thought X Minus One was a half-hour stand-alone show. I'm not familiar with this episode or “There Will Come Soft Rains.” It looks likes it's a half-hour. I guess it could just be a short one, though, because of the fundraising. They do a lot of talking.

"...Soft Rains" is another Bradbury short story. I read it in an English class, eons about, about 7th grade. Written in the early 1950s, it's about a "smart" house.

I've been on a detective and mystery kick for a while, so maybe "Soft Rains" was from the Dimension-X remake of X-1. Or was X-1 the remake?
