Very nice. Every time I say “I’m done Gun Shopping” I find something else I want. This is defiantly on the list!

At approximately $25,000.00, you will be saving for a few months.

This is neat, but I'm afraid it would just about drive the last nail into the coffin in terms of actual enjoyment of the sport, at least for me. For something that simply HAS to be holed, though, it's impressive.

Not lovable, but impressive.

Eleven years old, 30-yards. Seems like the perfect year to train.

One still would have had to root the enemy out of the jungle and their bunkers.

Drones are not limited to aerial use.

What about thousands of semi-smart crawling drones sent in loaded with explosives?

Jungles and bunkers are no longer any sort of protection, only a trap.

Imagine a few of these rifles, and maybe a few night vision scopes, on Iwo Jima.

This particular tech is much more an advantage to the defender than the attacker.

One can but hope.

Amen. The downside at the moment, is these kind of rifles are expensive. The thing to remember though, is that the tech always gets better, and cheaper.

That’s an awesome link.

Blowing out the car window, then blowing up the car was amazing.

One cautionary note.....

I think “friendly fire” could be a definite downside risk for hobbyists and innocent bystanders!

Not an issue on Iwo.

No doubt; however, the modern weapons would certainly have saved many Marine lives.

So we keep them out of the hands of the Japanese.

Very difficult to keep full control of tech, especially easily portable tech, once it’s been created.

You’re right, of course; how long before the Russians and Chinese have this weapon?
