Exactly. Where was the father? Oh, that’s right.
An aspect NO ONE in the media will touch with a 100ft pole.
Like you'd touch "where was the mother" with a shorter shaft?
Damn. I hate hearing stories like this. The DemocRATS have cheapened life so much that these stories become more and more common every day. Sick bastards.
Sometimes mom needs a sitter for a little while. In fact, I’m babysitting my own kids tonight while mom takes a much-needed break for a night out with some other moms.
But I am the kids’ father, and I live here, and I help raise them. How often is that happening in Adrian Peterson’s demographic?

Race has nothing to do with it. Evil does.
Babies are expendable if they get in the way. That’s what the sin of abortion tells us.
The family is just fragmented and kids are an inconvenience
who can be “eliminated” in a fit of rage and there is no
outrage. Think of the kids whose dad isn’t a sports star that
have lost their lives to the same violence. THEY are just....forgotten....
wow tough guy beating a baby to death
I hate him
It is always the damned boyfriend
why can’t men control their filthy tempers
This could have been prevented if AP had married the woman he had the child with. Unless there are several other mini APs running around the midwest. Anyway, he should marry one woman and bring all the little APs under one roof. So maybe he should just hit himself in the head with the bat, first.
...and why can’t women make better choices?! Why stay with a
guy who has probably already yelled at, slapped or shaken the
little guy before killing him this time!
she should have pulled out a gun and shot him
how many George Foreman’s are there
there is a whole segment of the population that has a bunch of kids with different moms
it’s revolting
Yep. And it’s just a game to all of them.
The 'dad' went back to Minnesota to be at practice today. I'm waiting for the report that he'll still be playing on Sunday with the obligatory gushing by the synchophant sports journalists about his 'courage'.
I was doing graduate work and continuing research in the Marxist drift of American family law and the social norms of marriage since the 60s, thank you.
I agree that marriage is harder than it used to be when we were a Christian nation. This increasingly secularized society has not just made marriage unfashionable; it has made adult responsibility uncool. Everyone suffers. But a signal part of conservatism is assuming personal responsibility and choosing the life one leads with care and forethought.
It sounds like the biological parents in this situation above, like so many others these days, never bothered to establish a firm family before having a child.
Either men or women who have sex and make babies without being sure of their partner's character and the depth of their partner's and their own commitment -- made sacramental at the altar with family and friends -- have no room to play the victim when a split occurs, even if the split is because they remain essentially uncommitted, to the relationship, to the child or to the God who made them all.
Life is very hard. Adulthood requires preparation, spiritual humility, and continual maintenance. You can do what it takes to ride your horse, or you will get dragged behind it.
You’re both right and both wrong.
Women should not be having sex, which by definition might produce a child, unless married to a man who will stick around and be a father if need be.
And men should not be having sex unless married to a woman who will allow them to be a father if a child is created in the process.
Goose and gander and all that.
Don’t scatter your seed about and then complain about “the system.”

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson met his 2-year-old son for the first time while he was on life support, TMZ reports.....
Peterson has at least two other kids with two other women, including a daughter, Adeja, and son named Adrian Peterson Jr. He could not be reached immediately by The Post.
And here we have folks, another fine example of American athletic prowess, on the field and in the bedroom. Three different women, 3 kids. And who pays the ultimate price for these people and their “moment of fun”? This poor child. And probably his other two children will pay some sort of price too as they grow up. And when the money stops??? We will pay for their lives in one form or another I am sure.
