Better question is why wait? Screw the Feds, if they aren’t open then they can’t enforce right? These petty little tryants need to start being left handcuffed around electric poles, with their pants pulled down.

Better question is why wait? Screw the Feds, if they aren’t open then they can’t enforce right? The parks are officially closed due to lack of manpower, yet they have plenty of manpower to enforce the closure.
You can bet that any brewer who tries it will be hit with massive fines, either immediately or once the shutdown lifts.
