Its pretty obvious that, depending on your point of view, Man and Dog either co-evolved, or were Made for Each Other. I don't think one would be here w/o the other.
Which is also the reason, IHMO, that cultures that reject Dogs, are inhuman.

Tests have shown that dogs recognize our 'signals' better and respond to them better than any of our close relative primates.
