I don’t know about a site but they call the guys
“Fixerupers”.
There are a lot of women who make some serious dough
and do the same thing. It’s just, they are women, and
there’s not enough of them to afford a profitable web
site. The best way to meet them is to be clean and work
in some residential service. You’ll know when you have one
on the hook when they tell you where the key is hid and
they leave girly things laying around and a note that
says “make yourself at home”.
In what was formerly referred to as “Seizure World” (Leisure World), a Retirement Community in South Orange County, CA, they say the old guys are all looking for a “Nurse with a Purse”.
