Obama, in collaboration with NASA & HARRP, did it. The Wind Cave bison herd was ignoring orders, and posing for pictures along the highway that runs through the park. If they wouldn’t cooperate with the closures, then he’s make sure nobody could see them.

This is on the Pacific Crest Trail, North Cascades, Washington State. Evidently SAR has been busy rescuing some folks off the PCT due to the heavy snow.
