I saw that thread. Hope you’re doing OK. It’s remarkable considering that we had temps in the high 80’s today in central Texas. Still dry as a bone though.

Thanks, Sarajevo; we're fine. Snows gone, and it was 70-ish today. Got my 80 X 12 plot of winter wheat fertilized and seeded this evening, even.

Turns out that one large (6-8" diameter) main branch on a box elder broke. It was a 3' long horizontal, twisting split all the way through, rather than a snapping in half; so far, that is the only badly damaged tree I've found so far.
