No. One of the bikers rolled up on the car staring inside the window.

Then pulled in front turning around to look in thru the windshield, and hit the brakes.

After that they had about60 guys around him.

Lthen he takes off and they pursue him.

If you rear-end another driver in this state, you are at fault, period, and if you leave an accident scene, you will get another ticket for that.

I’ll be interested to see if there is any footage taken before then-I could be wrong, but the scenario presented is just not logical, unless this was a bunch of Hells Angels or Banditos.

My compadre and some of the other guys I work with are weekend bikers-almost all are fellow blue collar workers. Most are also retired military, have ponytails, wear leathers and bandanas, and look grizzled and scary if you don’t know who they are on weekdays. This is a very bike friendly area, and they are catered to, but cities are not-I can see someone having been taught to be afraid of the mean ol’ bikers, freaking out and not acting with total reason. I just don’t think anyone’s behavior in this incident is pristine...
