“It would appear that - once again, as usual - the Republicans didn’t see it coming, had no plan to reply.”

I agree with you that they didn’t see something coming, but we know for a fact that they saw IT coming!

Simply put, they didn’t care because it’s all about them.

So they did their usual kabuki dance and answered their constituents concerns with fairy tales and show votes.

But no matter what they said, they never really intended to stand up for the Constitution, for Freedom, for Americans.

No, they held hands with evil and helped IT along because they’re all one big happy beltway family.

But their self-serving plans of DC bipartisanship were rudely interrupted, because the thing they didn’t see coming was Sen. Cruz Missile.

Your point about one man with convictions making a big change in the equation is very telling. We each can be that one man in discussions with our fellows around the water cooler.

There is no place in our Constitution that even hints at using the Democrat Trash and Destroy Plan as a legal maneuver. The Americans that constructed our Constitution never dreamed that we would elect such a deceitful political party that would resort to such underhanded moves.
We all share the blame for what is happening in Washington. Perhaps it is time that, we the people, dictate a solution.
