I went to the above site and started picking states in order: Apply Now - Select Your State. Every single state I tried (from Alabama through Minnesota, except Massachusetts, which I skipped) crashed before I could finish. If I got far enough, I gave them my name (Barack Hussein), my age (29), and my pregnancy status for the one state that got far enough to ask (pregnant). They all crashed before getting to the point of signing up. This is glorious; I just pray it continues for six more months.

This just means the fedgov will up the budget and hire more employees, contractors, and consultants.
I followed the healthcare.gov links to the CO exchange. Slow as heck. It finally loaded and I bookmarked it so I could go back and plug in a bunch of phony info later.
I used to be a hostage/critical event negotiator, so I’ll take care of this.

The PA site won’t load. I just get a message telling me there’s a lot of visitors, but I should stay on the site until redirected.
Why would you have to stay on a website if it’s not loading? It’s not like being on hold on a telephone. They have no idea what they’re doing.
After about 15 minutes it put me through to the login screen. Not sure what technical purpose that serves, because from there you need to navigate to another screen to establish an account.
I found similar idiotic redundancies on the trail to the CO ins. exchange. I guess child labor laws prevent them from hiring someone competent enough to design a decent website.
