I count any number of guys that bypass the sinks on the way out of the restroom. I imagine the number is even higher for a guy using a bucket at the end of a crop row.

The primary cause of e. coli infections from raw fruit and vegetables is from something called 'fecal splashing' where field hands squat in the rows and let go. It's a real thing. I know much more about it than I want to.
