A lot of this seems to be lawfare - attorneys that are not productive if they aren’t suing somebody. Tort reform needs to be high on the list if the R’s every take control again!
Coming from the WaPo, I’m willing to bet they are laying the groundwork for CEO’s and senior bankers to be labeled as “useless eaters”.
