I have downloaded the photo and blown it up using Adobe Photoshop and as far as Ive been able to determine it is not a montage...that is to say that the image of Barack Hussein Obama appeared in the original photo.
Ive been using photoshop for nearly twenty years btw
if this is a "fake" it was remarkably well executed
