I was wondering about those blue stripes too. DHS must now be an arm of the UN. They need blue helmets too.
The blue gun in the photo are for training, they shoot a simunition round, a bit more accurate then paint ball. It has the consistency of lipstick. The bright blue lets you know someone didn’t bring a real gun to training.
