First Amendment to the US Constitution:
Congress shall make no law . . . abridging . . . the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Article 13 of the Maryland Constitution:
That every man hath a right to petition the Legislature for the redress of grievances in a peaceable and orderly manner.
Yup one of the oldest tricks in the hacks book.
This way they pick and choose their questions, and it’s a total waste to even show up at the screwfests.
This man needs to have his record expunged of this charge and get an apology from the butthead he questioned.
And the video performs an important public function - showing how Democratic politicians are unwilling to listen to their fellow parents, taxpayers, and citizens, but would rather bring force to bear upon them.
It will make a great campaign ad.
it’s approaching that time
communities need to bind together and stand against the progressives rules
just say no
Not blaming the police one bit. Have nothing but respect for LEOs and the job they do.
But with all due respect, that is not a police officer there, that is a thug with a badge who was some how able to bluff his way through the police academy screening process.
If the thug is actually a police officer and not a rent a cop, he should no longer be employed as a police officer come Monday morning.
Gotcha
That is unbelievable! The guy should sue the cops and the school district. Everyone should see this.
Not respecting the constitutional rights of citizens to speak and petition the government should be a much bigger issue. Many school boards fail to recognize their duty to be responsive to the voters and residents of their districts because they are too busy helping out their friends in the teacher's unions.
“Re-education camps are just around the corner.”
You don’t need re-education camps if you can cut the heads off the older generation and propagandize the youngsters into feudalism and servitude. Do you.
Common core is for commoners. It is the core of the overthrow.
“Kill your parents. That’s where it’s at.” Right Ayres? You never did change.
But now, YOU are the parent.
Yup, I’m a sucker for that sort of thing.
Call it entrapment.
Read up on the Delphi Technique to see how public meetings are being run by today's liberals.

So I presume you’ve watched the video and can identify the point in time where the assault occurred. Could you be so kind as to let the rest of us know what time it was in the video, since some of us haven’t been able to see it in the video.
I have never heard of a school board meeting where parents are not allowed to participate.
Having anyone arrested who disagreed with this policy smacks of totalitarian abuse. Having the police in attendance to enforce this insane policy goes against everything a free and open society is supposed to be about.
same problems here in nc...
WAKE UP AMERICA!
Possible rent a cop?

The scripts that the teachers are given they cannot see previous to "reading" from them.
When they are finished with that script they hand it in and get another script.
No teacher can see a future script.
No parent can see the scripts.
Teachers become readers rather than teachers.
Why go through four plus years of education when all you end up doing is reading from a script?
An untrained janitor could do that much.
You know which publisher puts out Common Core stuff? One is connected to Highlights for Children. (Zaner-Blosser)
Although I will say most of the HS and Jr high teachers hate common core... But say nothing about it except to explain a low grade “it's harder due to the new common core curriculum...”
Oldest is out of Algebra, but has been told by friends that aren't they're covering two units a week, where it used to be 1 unit every two weeks. I don't know what they are calling a unit but they're trying to touch (touch not learn) everything that might be on the new NYS Regents. So a lot more will fail because some smart kids are already falling behind and the teacher says she can't slow down!
