Did Mr. Football player allow the party, was he aware of it, or did they all decide to break into his house and have a party without his permission ?
Hosting a massive party for young people is asking for this type of thing to happen.
He's actually fortunate no one died, the house didn't burn down, etc.

A teen from my daughters’ private christian high school was house sitting and decided to throw a party, and the kids did thousands in damage to the house.
