Penn State was recently ranked the 8th best public University in the country by Forbes, and 37th overall. Where's your alma mater check in, childish name caller?

Should clarify - those are US News rankings, not Forbes.

childish name caller

Well, let's see..
you referenced me as "stupid" in post #75
& Lancey labeled me (& others)...
..."little worms" and "nobodies" in post #74;
"shallow little circle-jerkers" in post #71;
he called others "shallow little scum" in post #67...
...and for some reason YOU engage...
...in name calling ("childish name caller")...
...but fail to reference your fellow Penn State rah-rah boy (Lancey) or yourself re: engaging in what your referencing?

How hypocritical can you get?

(But, hey, I understand...with some college identities...especially sports-wise...it almost becomes a cult...for example, just look @ those beer commercials where Stevie Wonder's "Superstition" song plays in the background as they all do weird things -- oft' in cultic unison)

Penn State was recently ranked the 8th best public University in the country by Forbes, and 37th overall.

So what? Before the NCAA vacated 111 of Joe Paterno's 298 wins, he was the 2nd best winningest coach in the country. What? Do you think some Top 10 ranking constitutes either Penn State's OR Paterno's legacy now?

As went Paterno; as went the Penn State admins on trial; as went Sandusky...so went the Penn State image.

Likewise, the University of Indiana could rise to #1 on that Forbes list you cite...and stay there for centuries to come...and it still won't shake the reality that this university sanctioned -- and harbored -- a man who authorized baby & toddler & child sexual abuse...all under the guise of sexual research...

Read/see for yourself:
* How Alfred C. Kinsey’s Sex Studies Have Harmed Women and Children [Big 10 harbors perp culture]
*
How a Kinsey victim lives with molestation trauma: 'Esther White' interview exposes 'evil' scientific research: Part 2
* The Children of Table 34

Whether Kinsey actually did ANY of the direct sexual abuse on babies & toddlers & children is irrelevant. He sanctioned it. He included it within his "research."

JoePa was no "Kinsey"...but when you become a silent co-conspirator to keep things quiet, you engage in a cover up...becoming a part of the very problem.

Do you really think almost any Hoosier booster/fan cares about these sexual abuse victims umbrella'd under Kinsey? And how their "beloved" university has sanctioned it all & elevated/exalted Kinsey?

Hardly. They could give a _______'s ass about them.

In fact, when pressed, Indiana officials engage in the same type of apologetics Jopologists do. They deflect. And the one thing that Indiana & Penn State apologists have all in common is that they rarely mention the victims...and when they do...they usually cite the one victim that didn't lead to an exact conviction of Sandusky.

Do you know how that lack of compassion for these child sexual abuse victims comes across to people who've never bent over backwords to worship JoePa as some "iconic idol" or the Nittany Lions as some campus superheroes?
