LOL One of the E-5's in my shop was the Work Center Supervisor an E-6 or E-7 billet. I got my Crow about 4 months before I started getting paid for it. Frocking I think it was called. MM's and all engineering ratings when I was in was a critical ratings as far as advancement and retention went. Two years after I got out and was considering going back in the jobs were filled. What a difference the 1980 election made LOL.
