The Press-Enterprise of Riverside reports that 23-year-old Mishay Alls and her friend, 36-year-old Amber Cochran, are accused of taking the boy late Saturday night.
Police say Alls used pepper spray to subdue the child’s father and then fled in a truck, striking and slightly injuring a family member.

Did Mishay and Amber have ‘a thing’ going on? I don’t even have the whole story available to me, but all indicators are pointing in that direction.
