The prisoners have microwaves but they are starving??
Well, you can’t eat a microwave. (And why do prisoners get to have one??)
Heck, if they’re solving a problem at no cost to to the tax payers. I say go for it. They get food and the prison saves the cost of an exterminator. Win-win
