Are ya sure you have a BLANK BR disc in the BR burner. I’ve seen people do this with cdrs v dvds.

When a R+/R- R/W disc fails to read, I’ve found that cheap discs are usually the culprit.

I’ve had better luck with name brand.

Neither is blank. They both have movies on them.
