Mental illness should be treated, not encouraged. Doctors who perform surgery on these poor souls are not changing their genders, they are mutilating them.
It is a regular fraternity of pretenders. There is even a tranny surgeon, had himself done and pretends to be a lady doctor while making tons of money in Colorado at his own clinic doing M2Fs on other guys who want to pretend to be girls.
