Well I would surmise that parental craziness as most parents that enroll their girls in beauty pageants have a screw loose to begin with, there is no telling the trauma the child went through with that whole honey boo boo / jon benet ramsey crap...
That is spot on ccreek. I have the lowest opinion of mental health supposed professionals that encourage this very destructive behavior.

I cannot comprehend how a guy would want his penis and testicles mutilated to create a vagina and the labia.
The surgeons do not remove them. There is a video of the ‘surgery’ on YouTube,or at least there used to be.
