Look real hard at the Springfield XD. As to buying from an out-of-state company, it is very simple. You need to comply with your state laws. If they require a certain size magazine, check with the seller or the company with as to a magazine that will comply. Otherwise, it is finding a FFL dealer that the seller can ship to.
