Ipsos, a market research organization, recently conducted a poll...

Ipsos probably polled only "business" travelers, i.e., those traveling on the company's dime, staying at 4 star+ hotels and dining accordingly. After business negotiations are finished for the day, take in a theater show, etc.

I think that is a bogus poll. The respondents probably
picked the first big city that came to mind, or what they think is the most vibrant. All of them would be way down on my list.
If I had to leave here, and want big city living, I would go back to Bratislava, Slovakia, a nice city on the Danube.
