You are a logic idiot.

CAR INSURANCE
Does your car insurance pay for gas, oil changes, new tires, brakes, car washes? NO, it doesn’t it is for YOUR liability to pay back any money you owe on the car or to protect you from a large bill when you cause an accident. Not at all like Health Insurance.

HEALTH INSURANCE
Obamacare pays for a zillion little things, disregards you being FAT, SMOKING, An IDIOT, etc. So no matter how poorly you treat your body or how healthy you act you are covered. Not at all like CAR INSURANCE

If the Government were not involved you wouldn’t need health insurance, you could buy whatever service you wished, whenever you wanted it, and the price would be set by the market. (Shocker but free markets really work!)

People buy the services they need in an open and free market. Much like car repairs, or new tires, you could buy a doctor checkup or a flu shot.

And yes people do pay for your healthcare. If you are so “Wealthy” you should know a little about MATH. And if you can afford to retire at 60 you can afford to pay your own way without insurance, or Obamacare.

So double dutch phooey back at you!

Except that I can forgo buying a car. Without a car, I won’t need car insurance. Try getting along without a body.

If the Government were not involved you wouldn’t need health insurance? Seriously? Until Obamacare, there was no requirement to buy health insurance. So where was the free market before then? Why wasn’t everyone skipping their employers’ health plans and just paying for what they needed? And how about the uninsured folks? They should have been paying the least of all. Except, surprise surprise, because they weren’t covered by insurance they were getting charged the higher, non-negotiated rates. My, that worked well, didn’t it?

Well, don’t buy insurance. Don’t get it through your employer and don’t buy it from a health insurance company. I don’t care. It’s only your health and your finances which get hurt. Until you’re broke and end up on medicaid and, gee, I’m paying for you after all.

By the way, be careful who you get your advice from. A lot of the pundits, both liberal and conservative, have no skin in the game. They’re either rich enough to not worry about health costs or they’re covered by health insurance plans from their employers.
