There is a...guy...a few blocks away from me who tried to change his name to Boomer the Dog. He dresses as a dog everyday. When you walk past you hear him “arfing.”
Has his own pirate radio station and does a net station too.
He has been featured in many TV shows.
Kind of a celebrity in Pittsburgh...land of rising stupid.
