GoppyMa is caught up in the drama of 5 for 1 battle in the AL wildcard .... Jeter will be missed and ChiSox are providing the target practice for all teams. Can we get a 3 or 4 way tie? A 5-way tie for 1 spot is too much to ask for.
They cannot replicate the drama of the 2011 final day. The baseball bureaucrats are trying too hard.

The AL wildcard race is a classic. Sox don’t play much baseball between the 22st and Oct 3. 11 days ... 5 games get stale.

Week 2 is off to good start for me cause that’s what I predicted. I thought the Jets had no chance to actually win but that spread looked too high. Turns out the Jets would have won if Rex Ryan had worn his wife’s panties for luck.
Even though it’s not mathematically possible both the Pats and Jets deserve to be 0-2. Brady’s receiving core sucks. AFC East may be the worst division in football. It’s them or the AFC North.
