One scene includes a no-holds-barred twelve minute erotic sex scene between the two women that leaves nothing to the imagination.
Despite the controversy surrounding the film - it has been hailed as a classic because of the performances of its two young stars.Sounds to me as though it wasn't as bad as they claim. From the photos, it appears that they came by the lesbian scenes naturally.
Of course, considering it is an international film, being crap intent on seducing kids is par for the course.
Pity. I remember when movies and TV were about telling stories. Now, they're pretty much about crap.

Any publicity is good publicity. It’s a media game to generate sales.

These young women sound like bigots-homophobes of the lowest sort. Off to reeducation camp with them.

Repulsed by Les Miserables? Why? What is so awful about it? You actually read the book? It is most certainly a book about redemption, repentence and grace... so which work of literature do you believe is the greatest story ever told? Please share. Perhaps that revelation will help me understand your stance against my choosing...

That is a good one and a favorite of mine.. i have to say, my boys have been fed the classics from the start... first the “real” fairy tales, Robert Louis Stevenson, Lewis Carroll, Carlo Collodi, to Greek and Norse mythology, Gilgamesh, Homer and the Greeks, the Romans on down to Hugo, Dickens, the Brontes, C.S. Lewis, Tozer, Tolkein, London, Hemingway... we have had wonderful discussions and many teachable moments paralleling these stories along side scripture...

******course we could go back to having script writers actually make a storyline that doesnt require nudity or smut at all.*******************
To do that would take talent, now adays all they can do is put in nudity and violence. Thats all they have talent for...

We have read Pilgrim’s Progress several times as a family through out the years... my boys could retell it forward and back... the ending, when they reach the celestial city, brings tears to our eyes everytime... my mother-in-law used to read it to my husband and his siblings once a year... great one!

They were “forced”?
Have charges been filed?
I am pretty sure that forced sex acts are illegal in most places.
