Agree, same here - but when I hear 'cloud-based OS', I picture a basic kernel on the client hard-drive, with many major operating system services available only from the cloud - the thin-client thing Sun used to try to sell back in the late '90s, except now the central server isn't even on-premise. No thanks.

I certainly wouldn't put anything critical of the Obama Administration on it either!
