Even low income, lack of family support children who don't attend school anyway.

No. "Common Core" is an extremely politically-correct, political-indoctrination name.

Look at the articles and websites that explain how "Common Core State Standards" came into being, what they purport to teach, and the data collection on each student. It's nothing but socialist indoctrination beginning in kindergarten (and going through college if they get their way).

PS: If “Common Core” is fully implemented, virtually no one would know the correct answers to these questions - much less the harder test(s).
