Yes, character, not race. I was saying this last night on that show, “Extreme weight loss”. This charming “amish” lady who was the subject of the program had two wonderful parents (yes I said two), and I said to myself “character, not color”. We need to find more of these great people to restore our faith in humanity.
Good character. Or they thought it was a sting, or they thought the burglar just left, forgot to lock up, and they didn’t want to explain if some cop wandered in, or...they figured the cameras were rolling.
I’m city born and bred so I never assume good character. It’s the Urban Corollary to Occam’s.
