Yep. I’ve got 2 days and 2 bedrooms and a garage to do, plus a broom closet and a couple of drawers in the kitchen. But you wouldn’t believe the volume of “stuff” and the things I find.
For instance, I have the entire history of the California Presswomen from 1950 to present and NO CONTACT to turn over these scrap books. I’ve written to the National Presswomen to ask for a California contact (the last President died 2 years ago). Same for Delta Kappa Gamma (a teacher’s sorority). I know they are still in existence because she carries insurance sponsored by that group. She gets all upset when I ask her about these folks, so I don’t want to quiz her too much. If I don’t find a home for these books and papers, my husband is going to add them to the dumpster.
Speaking of the dumpster, homeless folks are sleeping there over night. There is a broken couch in there. The police cannot do anything about it because the dumpster is parked on the street.
I went down to the police esterday to identify her property that was stolen. I can’t get it back until the 2 thugs they caught are processed through the court system. Evidence.
At least it was found, right? Too bad they didn’t steal the scrapbooks instead.
Have your husband go pee all over that couch.
