I remember one of our college cheerleaders became a mermaid there. She was very athletic and also really, really, pretty.

I pray she doesn’t get a life threatening infection from this. Lots of people pick up the flesh-eating junk in the gulf waters when they have open wounds.

Good thing she was in a pontoon boat. Around Hudson and Bayonet Point, It’s tough to get in and out at low tide.
I grew up in that area and my folks ran a shrimp boat out of Hudson FL.
