Today is a repeat of last FRiday, I have to go to babysit my three favorite adopted grandchildren. I will try hard to get on line to grade homework from on the road. I did remember to post class though, so don’t tear the place apart while I’m gone.

I can’t help but look up the etymology of words like this. Apparently comes from French entrelarder, which means to mix with alternating layers of fat (lard-specific, I would think).
