There is another rare condition and opposite called Progeria, where kids AGE RAPIDLY.

Her face does not really look like the face of a infant, though. It’s obvious there is some maturity going on.
There is another syndrome where the individual ages at an exceedingly fast rate, so that the people look like old men and women at four years of age.
Weird stuff.
It is sad....

...and needs to be cared for as if she is a newborn, with her mother and father changing her diapers and feeding her multiple times a day.
I'm sure she needs daily care but, that would assume she has no motor skills at all?
