I think some 78’s were made well into the mid 1960’s. I did a quick search and there where 78’s the Beatles made that were sold mainly in India. IIRC, Weiner, Pirate Joe and Big Steve Cole played Rolling Stones and Dave Clark Five 78’s. I remember in the late 1980’s, I did correspond with Big Steve Cole on Fidonet. Fidonet was like a electronic pony express of BBS’es.
Ahh.. BBS’s; before there was Windows 3.0 there was Xtree.
