Bush Jr's mom said "no more Bush's" pertaining to a Bush (in this case I imagine it was Jeb Bush) running for president.
But his daughter says yes to Hillary running?
Bush Sr., Bil Clinton, Bill Clinton again, Bush Jr., Bush Jr. again, Obama, Obama again, Hillary next?
Plutocrats unite? lol.
BTW, does this make family any sense to anyone here?
*************
?....
But does it really matter who grandmother and grand daughter support for a possible run? I suspect within many families there are differing views?
Bush was NOT a Jr. The only Jr. in the 2000 race was Algore, Jr.
GHWB minus the Herbert.
According to what, a quote likely taken out of context from an article coming out in People Magazine at the end of the month?
Instead of the pitchforks and torches, how about waiting till the article is published where the entire interview can be read and her comments properly analyzed?
That ain't happenin' here tho, common sense, rationality and common courtesy are a thing of the past around here.........thrown out the window with a lot of the old timers who didn't toe the line.
HELL NO....the tongue-tied bastard gave us obama.
The article is already out there. I just read it yesterday. That is pretty much what she said. She said she is “politically unaffiliated”, “supports gay marriage” and “would like to see the unbelievably accomplished Hillary Clinton run for president”.
She didn’t say she’d necessarily vote for her but I think she said enough to get the drift of her political leanings.
It shouldn’t be a surprise. It has been known for quite some time now that the Bush women lean a bit to the left.
Please post a link to it, I'd like to read it.......thanks
Maybe the whole Bush clan will come out to support Hitlery
I read it in the August 26, 2013 edition of People Magazine. If you can find a copy it’s on page 56. The title of the article is “Barbara Bush: Making Her Own Path”.
I checked their website and didn’t see the story there. Maybe your local library has a copy?
