If you are seriously thinking about submitting a name, the
Root Word Dictionary of Greek and Latin roots might help. Though I'm not sure how since muslims are sure to be offended if a Greek or Latin root, or any root other than an Arabic root, is used. And even if an Arabic root is used, it won't be islamic enough for some.
