The best thing people could do with that word is to have it refer to a state of mind more than anything else.
Me too. Although is a corruption of the Spanish word "Negro," today, I see the "N-Word" as more of a cultural and mentality thing. Basically I equate it to the welfare culture and I see plenty of people of all colors where that word can apply.
