The best ergonomic keyboard and mouse combo I found was the Logitech MX3200. the keyboard has a great touch on the keys when entering data — better than any I have ever used — and the laser wireless mouse was very comfortable. I've used Microsoft products before and found them over hyped and pedestrian.

Logitech K520. Ticks on F and J. INSERT above DELETE. Spaces between F4&F5 and F8&F9. And of course, the numeric keypad. I type with 10 of 10 fingers.
