Airline travel suppression.
Why not have the same-day ability to buy an airline ticket and hop on board a plane minutes afterward - even with a college-issued id? What about one-stop purchasing of airline tickets? How about even no id required to purchase an airline ticket?
To stop terrorists from hopping on board a plane?
Hmmm. Didn't one of the Tsaernaev brothers go to an area near Russia, engage in activities that alarmed the Russians, they alert the U.S., and yet he flies back here nonetheless?
Scrap all of the security measures because its just one guy? Stupid (even though this wack-job somehow managed to get back into the U.S.).
Not very many vote illegally?
Even if that were true, it's the principle of voter integrity that counts...
Same-day purchase of liquor? College-issued id's allowed for liquor purchases at off-campus sites?
Why do Democrats oppose these things...
Oh, the humanity.
So much suppression going on in North Carolina now... /sarc
Next time someone tries to pull something on an airplane he’s gonna be beaten to death by his fellow passengers.
Low-risk now that everyone is hip to it.
ASKING FOR ID IS RACISS!
Just ask those opposed to showing ID for voting.
In 1983 when I qualified for the Boston Marathon, I drove to Newark Airport the day before, walked up to the ticket counter and paid cash ($24.00 if I remember right) and was on a shuttle flight in the air within about 40 minutes.
