Hoops are easily made.
They have to be sized to you. I made mine out of a roll of tubing from home depot. Basically the diam. must be from floor to belly-button. Smaller than that increases rotation speed and vice versa. I have two, a belly-button sized one that I started with and now a 2” smaller one that I like better. It’s a great work-out and fun to dance with to your favorite music. I hooped for 1hr-20min last night.
It’s great for your core. It works all muscles. And the more tricks you do, the more muscles are involved.
