Did the offer on your sale hold up?
I’ve been out for 2 days w/ Dad & Sis looking at CA contemporary homes and condos for her.
I’m staying in this condo until I die; they’re taking me out in a bag, feet first. LOL.
Yes, they accepted our counter. We then made an offer on a POS million dollar house and the MFers countered us and we declined.
Tomorrow we look some more.
