I thought, before I looked it up, that Michael “oral sex is the culprit” Douglas was in it. But it was the dad from Silver Spoons (Erin Gray - YES!!!).
I think it used to come on after Mork & Mindy on ABC.
Since I watched M&M in primetime, I must’ve seen it. I was reading recently about M&M and was shocked how fast it plummeted in the ratings after its first season. I still stuck with it through Jonathan Winters. If Robin Williams hadn’t swiftly gotten into films at that point, his career would’ve been a flash in the pan (like poor Pam Dawber’s was for the most part).
