If you only knew how really stupid you look. Putting that first on your predictions list made all the rest of your 'guesses' really 'suspect.'
Sorry 'dogg' but the Cowgirls ain't gonna be much better than their 2 year's runnin' 8-8 records. Maybe 9-7 best!!
How 'bout Tony Romo & Jason Garrett! BWAHAHAHA!!
Dallas will be lucky to be over .500, let alone conference champs.
Just my take.
There was a movie called, “On Any Given Sunday”
Anything can happen.
Pretty close on the NFC south...but imo...don’t see the saints doing much this season. Lotta acrimony at camp I hear.
I do see the bucs making some noise though..and finishing second to my birds. They are loaded along the dline...oline...and have alot of young talent.
The Seattle Seahawks are dangerous. Just sayin.
+++++++++++++
You beat me to it. 100% agree.
Interesting...
So, let me get this straight: The Bears are an 8/8 team, the Vikings go 9/7, but the Giants only squeak into the playoffs on a Wild Card against Packers who get there with 11/5?
This could be a season like that one we had years ago where just about everyone who made it was a 9/7 team, but the unscientific modeling that I've got in my head about who beats whom doesn't seem to match what you've come up with.
Me, I'm not even sure I have a scenario where Dallas even makes it to the playoffs. I'd have to check.
I sure do admire your bravery though. Every year.
I actually picked the Lions last year.
Dallas’ defence will be awesome this year.

Sorry, I didn’t realize there was a “pro football” sub-forum, similar to the “religion” sub-forum, with, like, special rules and moderators and all.
Can you please point me to those rules so I can obey them?
Don’t make me laugh Perdogg.
Dallas going 12-4? Not with that QB, head coach, or Ryan..
The Rams went 4-1-1 in arguably the toughest division in the NFL and have gotten much better during the off-season.
I think it’s safe to say that they will beat their record of 7-8-1 of last year and do much better than the prediction of 5-11 in this article.
10-6 is more likely.
The went 1-0-1 against SF ( Rams should have won 2x)
1-1 against SEA
2-0 against AZ
5-11?
Maybe 11-5 would be closer.
“Until Romo goes, Dallas will be lucky to make it round 2 of the playoffs.”
Agreed, he’s the most over rated player in the NFL.
“I actually picked the Lions last year.”
Let me tell you what I did last year, I’m still so proud I must boast!
I’m a permanently unaligned football fan. (In baseball I’m a Mets fan, except I still hate them right now.)
In years gone bye, when I was a kid, I kind of liked whoever was on top. The packers, the dolphins; then there were many decades where I paid no attention to football at all.
That changed eventually and I finally came to understand how the game works (rather than having it be what Dad had on the TV, which was fine, although my Mom never understood that).
At that point, I became a big fan of Tony Dungy so first I was a Bucs fan and then rooted for the Colts. I was so, so, happy when those deserving guys won the Super Bowl.
Then, again, I floated around for a while, rooted for the Giants on behalf of my daughter who somewhere along the way had become a devoted Giants fan, rooted for the Falcons who hubby likes for who knows what reason.
Finally I chose the Baltimore Ravens. I’d always liked them for picking that name, just great, and I love Ray Rice and the whole Michael Oher story, so that just worked for me.
Last year my beloved daughter had a baby, and of course everyone got him little onesies for different teams. Giants, Redskins (his dad) some college teams, etc. But grandma got him a somewhat larger shirt in the hopes that he could wear it when Bmore played in the Superbowl. And he did. And they won.
So that was really great.
I think I’m going to be a Ravens fan forever now.
And that is pretty much the entire story of my football life. And I hope I haven’t bored everyone to death with it.
I was in favor of giving Romo a shot the first couple of years, but no one can deny he has had a fair chance
Been a rabid NFL fan since 1969.
All the great QB’s (Montana, Elway, Aikman, Kelly, Favre, Manning, Brady) had rookie seasons (and sometimes 2nd and 3rd ones) that showed how hard it is to play QB in the NFL.
In my opinion 2 QB’s have stepped onto the field as rookies and immediately had complete command......Marino was one, Russell Wilson is the other.
RW is an unusually special player.
Dallas??????? Dallas will never win a SB with Romo as the QB. Take that to the bank.
