We’ll have to agree to disagree on that one. Lots of problems with public schools and no doubt minority schools are the crappiest, yet I still blame the parent(S) and students first.
The NYC schools start at 11 with mandatory classes to encourage kids to have rampant sex. They are not interested in teaching math and reading.
I blame the schools and teachers for this crap.
